They even help tremendously with dropoff which can be a challenge for my son. They stand with him at the window while I wave, to make the transition easier.Overall, I would like to see more communication about what my son is doing and in a more timely manner. There have been several last-minute announcements, mainly surrounding holidays that can be difficult to manage as a family with two working professionals. Even with the things I would like to see improved, the care and education of my son is at the top of my priority list, and our needs are being met in those areas, so anything else is just personal preference."

Would be nice to keep the shoe covers in stock for the infant room. A place to keep the car seats would be nice too- Everbrook had a closet converted for that reason which was nice."

"More qualified/educated staff with less turnover. I can't confidently recommend Tutor Time right now if someone was the ask me how I like sending my child here. The ratio is sometimes 5:1 (even if it is for a short time period) for the amount we pay I would love to see 3:1 all the time. I would love to see less turnover in the staff, I have no idea what the pay is for the teachers but something needs to give from the corporate level, if you take care of the teachers they will take care of the children. If there was a spot open at another center I would have moved my child but there isn't so I have to stick it out. I think the teachers try very hard with what they are provided but it is not enough."

"I would like to see anImprovement in the food that is provided. The after breakfast/before lunch and after nap snack is always a carb/snack comsisting of goldfish/crackers/saltines. I would like to see that replaced by a fruit/vegetable or in addition to a fruit"
