"Each director up until this new one has been consistent and truly cared for my kids. This new director cares more about puffing her chest up to parents and employees, which we hear from employees as well. I talked to director in confidence once and she immediately went and told someone else who had no business knowing. Just like a gossipy high school atmosphere instead of caring about kids and their easy transitions and growth. Maybe because director doesn’t have kids she doesn’t understand?"

"I absolutely love Kristen and Eileen! They are wonderful to talk to and I truly feel like they listen to me when I have a concern. The teachers in the infant room are top notch! I couldn’t ask for better ladies to care for my babies then the ones in the infant room!"

"My 3 year old is not learning her letters, numbers like she should be. My 5 year old is not learning to read as he should be. They do not help with hygiene (i.e. wiping bottoms of children and helping them to learn to wipe themselves). For my 3 month old, I often walk by the infant room, or peek inside, and the babies are bawling. My baby comes home exhausted with red eyes every single day. Teachers do not communicate with each other (i.e. morning crew to afternoon crew). Some teachers, like Shirley and Jill, are focused on education and creativity, whereas other teachers are just there to get a paycheck. I also dislike that they park my children in front of the tv at the end of the day. This should only be reserved for Fridays. Speaking of Fridays, it seems like the whole school has a fun day on Friday and we do not get as many BrightWheel updates on those days and the teachers seem to be lazy on Fridays."

"Not a very inviting or pleasing atmosphere for children. The staff appears to be doing a job out of necessity - not because they care about the children and providing them with a positive and wholesome experience."

"It would of been better if the 1-800 phone system didn't tell me there was availability and when I showed to the tour (the same day) she immediately tells me they are booked for infants. So both parties time was wasted. She did offer alternative solution for my son since he is one but just not walking, but when I asked questions about concerns I had her answers were very confusing. Example: yes we can accommodate but in the one's room they don't do that. So you can or can't? Either way she was ok and the place seems ok. I didn't see much because they didn't really have room for us and the conversation with her was just awkward and confusing. The place could be a good place but wasn't represented well and to waste both our times isn't a positive tribute."
