"My main issues is in the infant room where the babies need close attention and where the teachers need to learn their need and create a bond with the babies. There are 5+ teachers that rotate in the room because the school is understaffed. I don’t like that that the room always needs a filler teacher. I would like some consistent teachers in the room. I also don’t like that when they are under staffed they then accept a new child which means the student to teacher ratio will be off. I don’t like that when the room is understaffed you can find the director walking the kids in the hallway or sitting at the front desk with them. I understand if it happened from time to time with staff emergencies but it seems to be a consistent thing. We really like the two main teachers in the room but the understaffing concerns me and that is when we notice mistakes happening."

"Just a negative vibe in the center. Of course every parent wants their child caregiver to act like their child is the most important child there. But I know that's not possible However when it seems like they're disappointed that they're dropping your child off that's disappointing"

"I miss the old director she was so nice and could tell she cared about all of the children. The teachers in the infant room are amazing and I wish all the teachers were like them. It seems like every time I come to pick up my child, the ladies in the front desk are always gossiping about someone and or talking negatively about someone. Not very professional"
