"I really only have positive things to say. My daughter's teachers have been great, and the director has really been helpful in working with us on our parenting choices. I feel that we, and our choices, are respected and carried out by the staff. My daughter interacts very well with her peers and the staff and has adapted to the center very well. Some of the rules coming down from the corporate office I've had some difficulty with, however. My daughter fell on the playground one day, it happens, she's still learning to walk, but I requested a photo be emailed or texted to my phone to determine if I should leave work to come get her. That wasn't allowed under the current rules which I'm a little uncomfortable with. Luckily it was only a small bump on the head, but I would have felt much more comfortable had I been able to see the bump when it happened. But Charlene was really great about explaining the policy to me and was able to assure me that she had seen my daughter after the incident and made me feel confident in my decision to remain at work - she really is an EXCELLENT director. I love that she makes herself available to parents and knows the kids in the center by name."
"The teachers are amazing but the office seems inconsistent, unorganized, overstaff classrooms so have to shift kids around often, fail to notify parents of changes to classrooms, teachers, etc., The office does not communicate effectively with teachers either because a lot of the times they weren't told either. Rates have changed 3x since initial one."
"Was informative and reassuring."
