"Overall, I have been very happy with care provided in Infant rooms through Toddler rooms. Most of the teachers are patient, caring, and loving. The preschool classroom on the other hand I was not impressed with. My child was very bored and did not enjoy going there at all."

This school is a little expensive but comparable to other schools prices, but we’ve felt the friendliness of staff and what they provide is well worth the price. If we have ever had any type of issue or concern the school has professionally and quickly addressed it. I can go about my day with peace of mind. And the app that the school uses lets me know my child is being taken care of and goes that extra mile to give me added piece of mind"

"When I first enrolled my children in this school it was great and the were loving and appeared to care for and nurture the children...over time I have seen the decline in this center. Price increases and the turn over rate has been absolutely ridiculous, how do I know that my child is receiving a continuum of learning when a new teacher starts and has to learn the curriculum get to know the kids and their routine and then the children need to learn the new teachers rules and routine. The cleanliness of the center has decrease as well...the restrooms both adult and in the classrooms are horrible and disgusting. No toilet paper or paper towels or hand soap for kids to wash their hands. I don’t understand how the prices keep going up, but the quality of care is declining. I happy that this is my child’s last year here."

"I liked the teacher but she informed me it took over 45 minutes before someone came to help her with my son. In that time the class began chanting he was a bad boy. It has taken months for him to recover. They were not taking the 4 yeat olds outside for their morning break nor allowing them to play at the indoor play area. It was not until I complained did they take them out sometimes. Staff at the front desk was untruthful. I should have filed a formal complaint but have not taken the time."
