"We love the school and the teachers, other than food being healthier, the only concern is that the building in general is getting dated and seems to need some improvements. The sign in the front, for instance is faded so you can barely read it. It really does not affect our child however I could see it prohibiting future families from wanting to send their children because it could appear as lack of maintenance, which could give a negative impression on the school as a whole. I would also be interested in having a water quality test done as the water that is given to the kids we noticed is a strange color and with all the scares with water lately it would probably make families feel safer knowing the building has safe water. "We've been mainly very pleased with this school, most of the staff is fantastic and our child has done very well. I'm getting concerned that the classes seem to only grow larger. One reason we chose this school because the classrooms were large by comparison to other schools with similar class sizes. Now the classes just keep getting larger and more and more kids are getting packed into the rooms. Makes it hard for kids to get their energy out when they are packed like sardines."

"We enrolled here due to the incredible staff and director. We felt like it was our second home. When the original director left most of the staff left too. Then we had a couple interim directors who tried to change a lot of things. They finally hired a director and many things changed. The overall feel of the center shifted and it wasn't the usual happy place to be. Many changes took place and parents were not told of things that were happening. The previous director used to notify parents of illnesses that were going through the daycare and we don't get that any more, we just have to wait until our child is ill without being able to take preventive measures. The cleanliness really went down but I have noticed a great improvement over the past few months. We don't always feel like we can speak to the director or assistant director about concerns...sometimes they listen and other times they feel defensive and try to tell us why we are wrong instead of just listening to concerns. I feel as though my kids are liked at the center but class sizes are so big and often times my child is in another room. I will take my $400+ a week elsewhere if we don't see some more improvements by spring."
