It seems there is little security or protocol onsite, bullies, inexperienced staff/aids for summer especially, and not a lot of actual afterschool education. The room constantly feels chaotic when I walk in. There seems to be an issue with allowing bullies to continue to go to the school."

"Seeing the children make friends has been the best part of them attending this school, but it stops there. Over the last couple of years as the previous director retired and the new director was put in place the facility seems to have gone downhill. Many teachers have left and many talk about leaving or transferring to a new facility. The multiple citations in the recent months has been concerning and has led our family to look for other care facilities for the children."

My daughter has had several diaper rashes along with “accidental” scratches on her face from her own teacher. I’m so disappointed in the way Tutor Time has chosen to handle my concerns."

Sometimes, there are teachers in my child's classroom that I don't know - I'd like a way to know who everyone is. A site-specific website for enrolled students/ parents would be ideal. SproutAbout is fine, but not ideal in my opinion. My son was hurt on campus and I was not pleased with how the event was handled. It was a minor injury but we were not informed of the event or details for days. I felt awkward and like I was somehow being a pushy parent by asking for details and documentation. I did not appreciate that."

The teachers are very kind and loving with the kids.What I don’t like at all is the rudeness of Miss Dana, the unhealthy food they offer, and the constant price increases. "The interaction of the teachers with children. I am concerned that the children are completely ignored most of the times. They are like zombies. Teachers are not interacting with them as often as they should. There is no personal touch and they are not encouraging to participate. If they approach the teacher they just ignore them and go on with their daily tasks. I think the priority should be the children and not to clean up and prepare meals. I would rather pay more for teachers personal emotions and have someone else clean up and prepare the meals. They need to stay busy and learn!! Not to walk around the room. I can do that at home all day."
