I give kudos to the awesome staff at the watermill Tutor Time. Especially Ms. Angela how she make sure safety is number 1 for all children and staff and parents. She will write emails to us parents. Plus she will send reminders out to us parents. On school closure and events happening."

"So my child has been enrolled here a few months now. I like I have access to my child via video also I’m updated on his meals and diaper changes during the day via app. However I have noticed also over the time frame of my child being enrolled the teachers lack updating the app during the day. My child has went a whole day with no diaper change. I have witnessed via video at times throughout the day only one care taker with children while other assistant goes off to do other things leaving the one teacher is left overwhelmed. At one point they did not have a director. I can say the director they have now listens to my concerns and has addressed the teacher in regards to certain things and she follows up. The staff here has great potential to provide excellent care to my child and all the other children. I have faith they will only get better and have been very open to feedback ."
