"The teachers are amazing, however, the director Tiffany is very unhelpful and doesn't seem to address issues. Feel like we are brushed under the rug and we are not given proper notification on events and issues. Again, there have been multiple occasions that my child was sent home with lice but no notice was sent out to other parent about the situation."

They were all quick to learn our daughters name as well as a little about her dad and I. "so far, we have thoroughly enjoyed the school. There was some concern initially, as they were having to create another two year old classroom to accommodate all of the children progressing. However the teachers continue to be wonderful and very supportive. My child is well taken care of, and is very comfortable in her classroom even after only one month. The playground is lacking to some degree, as it is primarily dirt with very little grass or mulch, however the children seem to love it, and don't get too terribly dirty. Overall we are very happy with this tutor Time and we'll continue to have our child enrolled here."

"My general experience has been great with the teachers. The teachers are what keeps a lot of the parents there and not moving their children. The teachers really care and love the children. The management is not good at all. They do not listen to your suggestions or opinions and take them into consideration. Not only from the parents but from the staff also. Management is nothing like it was last year. There has been a drastic decline in safety, love, and consideration. The director leaves for hours with her boyfriend and does not return until it is time for kids to go home. It is one big huge mess. Ellen is good at calming the store but the head (director) is where the problem lies. If Tiffany would only listen and pay attention to the parents and her staff, and not just her favorites, then I believe it would run better and the teachers would feel comfortable going to her with their issues and concerns instead of her “knowing it all” and bringing down the morale of Tutor Time."

"We have been going here for a couple of years now. With the change in management, you can tell the atmosphere has now changed. Our child loves her teachers, which is the reason we stay. No one is ever at the front desk, and if they are, I rarely get greeted with a smile. Events are also disorganized, and not planned out very well. But, our child is loved and cared for by her teachers which is the most important part. They greet her every morning and show so much enthusiasm for the children. Great job, teachers!!"

"I loved this school when my daughter first started. The director was interactive, fun, friendly when walking through the door. She was tentative to all needs. After the change in leadership, the quality went down in my opinion. It has become disorganized, not very welcoming when you walk through the door. However, I absolutely love my daughter’s 2 year old teacher which is why I chose to keep her enrolled for now. I hope to see a change in environment."

"When Dana ran this center, it was incredible. Now that shes gone, the new management is a joke. The turnover rate is at an all time high and every day is a game on where am I leaving my child today. The atmosphere is very cold. I've spoken with the district manager and she also acts as if she could care less. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. "
