"I do understand a lot has changed with the new director. Based on staff that's been there for a while, not for the better. The cleanliness is just not there from what I'm used to. Bleach water on everything includes stuffed animals.... crazy for a number of reasons. Might need to invest in sanitizing machine & get some up to date computer equipment, math/ science lab, etc. & please invest in an actual playground for the children."

"When we first started up until about 6 months ago, I couldn't say enough positive. I have recommended this TT to friends and coworkers. But now you are lucky if whoever's at the desk lift their head much less greet you. I have 0 faith that my child is safe and my concerns fall on deaf ears. They instead want to quick fix things like having a steady, reliable, and educational class with sticking him with his previous teacher who actually cares, but would leave my 3.5 year old with brand new two year olds. 0 social development. I am pretty sure this survey will also fall on deaf ears being that we have made multiple attempts in person, website comments and emails. They all have held same results."

"I know Tutor Time has to be a happy place. The whole first week of VPK she cried that she didn't want me to leave her (She's never been away from family) and I would ask her every day if she had fun and she would always say, "Yes, but I missed you Mommy."but she always wanted to go. I love their use of brightwheel. Staff is always friendly and amazing. "

"The outside is in need of a huge cleanup. It's littered with the local businesses trash and I even see beer cans out there. The interior needs updating, it really is a bit run down, especially in the Town Center play area. The center never smells clean. It always smells like dirty diapers have been sitting in the hallway all day. My child's classroom floor is always filthy. I can pick my child up at 4-5pm and when I come in at 8am, the same food bits will be on the floor as yesterday. The staff, aside from the front desk, seem so unhappy. They never smile. My child has been in daycare since 8 wks old and we relocated to the area. This is the first time she doesn't hug the staff goodbye nor does she get warm goodbyes. I also feel like they don't know my child nor do they care to."

"Mrs. Dana and her staff are phenomenal! I have educated all 3 of my children at Tutor Time - Duval Station Road from its inception in 2007-2008. The educators show genuine concern for the kids and are exceptional in teaching the curriculum while flexing to the child’s individual learning style. My oldest son was adequately prepared when he entered Kindergarten and maintained straight As though 5th grade. I contribute his success to the curriculum, teachers and the nurturing environment he experienced at Tutor Time. The team builds an amazing foundation from which kids can learn and develop. "Don’t like the fact your child tuition can increase anytime for no given reason 2 increases within a year is ridiculous when your already paying a nice amount ."

"The tour was nice but I was not engaged as I was upset upon arriving due to the fact that I would not be paying the price I was given over the phone prior to the tour. If they really wanted people to enroll they should try to work with customers. I was told price would be $209 with 10% discount for being a hospital employee. I work 8-5 and was not informed over the phone that if you drop off before 8 you will pay more. Basically during the tour I was told you pay more because your child is not yet two and because you are dropping off before 8am. It seems like this daycare is more concerned with making a profit than helping parents find quality childcare. My recommendations for others, if you are not a recipient of state assistance to pay for childcare don't bother wasting your hard earned money here you can find better for less. Also one toddler class has capacity for 20 children who are only separated by a short wall so it's really like 20 kids in one room."
