"Overall a great experience, all the teachers and Mrs. Pam and Mrs Katie have been amazing. All the teachers know kids by name and share great stories about them. Again over all experience is amazing, only area I would like to see improvement in is education and curriculum. For the amount of money we pay compared to other options I would hope to have better school curriculum communication and stronger programs. This is not necessarily private school level expectations but above average. It is important to me that our kids are prepared academically for the next steps. It is important to have a great start and foundation. We as parents could also do a better job of educating in the home but could use more guidance on where our child should be in terms of reading/writing etc. our kids are learning great coping, social/emotional skills and we appreciate that."

"Tutor Time Jenison has a great staff and great Director. We have been sending our children there for 8 years now and even though we have spent a small fortune doing so our kids are very prepared for elementary school when they leave Tutor Time and our first two kids that did so are still near the top of their classes academically. You can tell that the staff and director love the kids and are more than open to talk whenever the need arises. Keep up the great work!"

"Love it. Wish the Directors would help prepare parents for the transitions and new infants. “Oh he’s a baby, don’t worry” is not helpful in preparing a new mom for infant care. Perhaps a checklist of things to think about and what to send with baby."

"I love the school. The experience overall is great. I love the app and all the updates. I would like to hear more about how did my child did in school every day. One positive thing, 1 negative thing/feedback if applied. I would like to see more improvement with the communication when things go wrong. It's great to hear all the good things, but sometimes bad things happened too and it would be nice to know/hear about it as well. ( child was not feeling good, was crying, had a bad day, updates on covid 19-cases in the facility etcWeekly or monthly feedback about our child's behavior with teacher - again good things are always pointed out, but not often hearing about bad behavior or child struggles, what they need a help with. As far as meals, I love all the updates about meals, sometimes the child receives same fruit for both meals or even same fruit 2 days in the raw. I d't like this. It should be a variety of different fruits with each meal or breakfast should be serve with fruit but lunch with veggie."
