"Firstly, stop calling the services as a school. This is not an accredited school, it is a daycare. Secondly, the director speaks with parents as though they are children. Finally, determine solutions for a child’s development when they are bored and unchallenged by the curriculum."

Attempt to address our concerns--a little better but still finding issue. Friendly staff but receiving average efforts whenever we address our concern about our child. Maybe a smaller school will pay more attention to these details? Ratio of teacher to child might not be working."

"Overall we are happy with the school. We love the live stream and the food, snack and wipes/diapers are included. Also, they have bathrooms in the classrooms for potty training. In our last daycare the restrooms were on the other side of the building, how do they expect 2yo's to go potty when they have to go around the other side of the building? My daughter went here for almost 3yrs and even though it was a rocky start with her at first, in the end, she loved her teachers and the school. My son seems to enjoy his time at school, I just wish I had a better relationship with his direct teacher. She is not personable and comes off as kind of rude and not approachable. The front staff is great and for the most part welcoming. We love Ms. Keri! I will be excited when my son enters her classroom!"

"The staff has been wonderful and treats us with love/respect. We are grateful for the level of care. We would appreciate a stronger stance on what qualifies as a sick child in the classroom. Even if that means our kid may be sent home or not allowed in class from time to time. It has been challenging as our little one continues to struggle to get to 100 percent healthy, with sick children continually allowed to come to the class. Please address this soon!"

"This school has a lot to improve on. It was the only option available when we suddenly needed full time care, and I now know why they are the only school in the area with openings. The staff is not nurturing or caring, the curriculum is not up to early childhood education standards, they do not focus on social emotional development, and communication between teachers and parents is lacking. Further, they have to provide updates throughout the day for each child, so they are constantly on their ipads when they should be engaging with the children. Anyone with any experience or education in ECE would take their child elsewhere."
