"The staff and directors have been very helpful to our family. Minus one hangup with one certain teacher, my child has a great connection with the people who have been with her since 6mo old. They say it takes a village, and I can tell that this staff cares for my child."

"We came from an in-home daycare (that we liked!) and the difference has been night and day. The teachers (shoutout Taylor and Emmy) actually know my child and care about him. The structure of their day is really enriching and age-appropriate. They accept children where they're at and aren't pushy to get them in another classroom or to do something that they're not ready for. My child has fun and learns and I never have a single concern about what his day is like. Becky is really great too and knows every single kid and always has a funny anecdote to share about your kid. We also really appreciate the accommodations that have been made for medical needs."

"It’s been good, the change of staff is unfortunate, but it is what it is at this time. Would be nice if vacation rate is not limited to 2 weeks out of the year when we still have to pay! Also, please stop increasing the price and blame it on covid. Some people have not had a raise and it’s hard when daycare is eating up more of the paycheck every few months! It’s been a lot of price increases over the past 2 years"

"This has been a really great experience.My son has started in infants when he was young and I love all of the infant teachers. They are always so kind and caring and absolutely adore my son. I wish the toddler teachers would be just as welcoming as the infant teachers. I think they could do a better job of building relationships with families. The infant teachers always told me how my son’s day was. The toddler teachers hardly talk to me unless I initiate conversations."

"We love the staff at Tutor Time, but sleep has been a concern for us. My child was much too young to be in a room where they only nap once/day when we enrolled, and it caused a lot of sleep issues with him at home (waking up too early in the morning, not able to make it until a reasonable bedtime, etc.) Additionally, we're so limited by what sleep aids our child can have at school. I understand it's for safety reasons, but it limits the time our child will sleep at school, resulting in a lot of issues at home. This is truly a major factor in whether we'd send a second child to Tutor Time if we have another one. Sleep is key for babies, and if they're forced to stick to a schedule without their sleep aids, it isn't good for anyone."

It really speaks to the management team that although there has been teacher turnover, our children have both had awesome experiences in each classroom they have been in."

Theresa has been the most patient, understanding, positive, and supportive person throughout this whole experience. I called literally every day at first, asking questions, giving information about my daughter, or just checking in to see about her transition. She responded with care and patience with every question I had (silly or not) and the staff members have been amazing as well. They care about my daughter’s experience and growth, which was a huge selling point for me as a parent. I’d recommend Tutor Time to everyone looking for quality daycare with staff that truly cares for your child & family."
