"I do not feel like the importance is put on the children. Getting plenty of reminder emails regarding tuition, but nothing regarding teacher changes and new teachers coming and going too often. Front desk seems like a gossip center. Have heard them discussing teachers without the teachers present where I could hear them. Teachers are coming in sick."

"We have had a great experience so far. Miss Mallory and Miss Rachel have been attendance and wonderful - our daughter, Harper, has loved being with them the past 2 months. They are very communicative and do a lot of sensory activities with her. We love receiving pictures throughout the day (which they always send!) The administration is wonderful too -they have gone above and beyond on so many things for us (including helping us with a situation with Harper's doctor sending a prescription for her). They are responsive, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I do think that the teachers sometimes have their hands full with the younger babies - they do an amazing job but I'm sure they can use some extra help sometimes when all the babies are fussy at the same time. I think that there needs to be a better system with the shoe covers - they are always misplaced in the used and new bins, which defeats the purpose. Maybe there can be something like an automatic paper towel dispenser that you can pull new ones out each time from? I just know that sometimes they get mixed up. Again, I really think that Harper's teachers are doing a great job and deserve to be praised for their attentiveness and loving behavior. Harper is happy to be dropped off each day. I hope that this continues as Harper gets bigger!"

"Mostly positive. The director doesn’t seem to really care about parent feedback and concerns. The lighting is out around the entire building which is a major concern for parents and the staff. The rooms tend to be out of ratio more often than they should be."

"Our overall experience has been great. We love all the teachers and the staff. My only real issue with the center is the parking lot. The school is located on a very busy street/highway and the parking situation is dangerous as there is no barrier to keep the children from running on to the highway. There should be a small picket fence or something too prevent potential accidents from happening. As a mother with baby and a toddler its very nerve wracking walking to and from car."

"I’ve had great experiences with this school. Their general level of concern and well being for my child is of upmost importance to me and they have exceeded my expectations. The only thing I would say is that I wish they would lower their tuition prices. It’s a lot for one person to pay when one partner makes more money than the other. Overall though, I am very satisfied with the school."
