"Great, very informative and friendly director... Helped my children to feel comfortable at walk-in. Helpful with reviewing school and answering questions."
"Everyone is very welcoming, friendly and genuinely interested in the safety and overall well being of each child."
"Teacher in service days should take place on public school closure days. It’s very inconvenient for single parents without other support."
"It’s been very positive since we started this daycare. Friendly teachers who always have information to share with us regarding our child’s progress, behavior and achievements."
"We love Tutor Time and are very glad we were able to get a spot for our kid. The teachers and staff are outstanding and our kid loves to go there. I would recommend wholeheartedly at any time."
"We just started so far very good no compl"
"Tutor Time of Murrieta is staffed with caring, professional, and friendly teachers and administrative staff who value our time and put the educational, social development, and health & safety needs of our children at the forefront of everything they do. We would recommend any family consider them for both private kindergarten and before-after-school care."
"All the teachers are very positive and like to share how my child is doing. They share both concerns and affirmations. The facilities are nice and clean and I feel they are appropriately equipped to meet my child’s needs."
"I love the school. The staff and teachers are AMAZING. My kids feel comfortable and confident with their teachers and peers. I love that they are supportive of my kids and have worked endlessly to foster a warm and safe environment. I also love that we dont have to worry about bullying as the teachers are fair and do a great job of establishing great cohesion"
"So far my wife and are in love with this school. We didn't necessarily have any bad experiences with our previous school but, the schedule here is more flexible, more affordable and fits our family better. The teachers here are everything we expect them to be and so much more. Not once have we felt like the new family Tutor Time has been sure to make us feel like we've always been there."
"We are very happy & pleased with all the education needs of our child."
"I hate that I even have to post this.
Our 9-month-old was our third child to attend Tutor Time. Unfortunately, he will definitely be the last.
In April our infant was given the wrong breast milk. Tutor time immediately took responsibility, called us, and talked about the measures they were going to implement to make sure that something like that never happened again. Additionally, they told us they would be self-reporting the incident to the state licensing board and would undergo an investigation from them.
As frustrating as it was that they gave him the wrong breast milk, from a biological standpoint, as long as the other mother was healthy, it was not the worst thing that could have happened.
Fast forward to last month. I called the state licensing board because Tutor Time refuses to turn the lights off during nap time. I wanted to find out if this was against the state policy because the leadership of the facility consistently says that it is "company policy" to leave the lights on even though it is not conducive to children getting naps. While speaking with the state licensing board I ask what came of the investigation with the breast milk incident and I was told that it was never reported to them.
Katrina, the director, told us in April it would absolutely be self-reported and she never followed through. She completely lied to our faces. When I went in last month to tell them we would be disenrolling our children she again lied to my face and told me that she never said that it would be self-reported, despite my wife and I both being told it would be by Katrina and by the assistant director, Anna.
In my opinion Katrina chose to brush this under the rug in an attempt to hide it from the state. If they would hide this from the state, who knows what else they are attempting to hide from the state.
Tutor time is a revolving door of teachers. They are one of the lowest paying child care facilities in the area and yet they have one of the highest tuition rates. Our nine month old has been going there since January, in that time he has had no less than six different teachers in the infant room.
I do not recommend enrolling your children here. You have to be able to trust the people who are watching your children and it seems like the leadership of this facility is more worried about protecting the corporation than the children enrolled there."
"Great school for little ones. Very friendly environment. All the staff including teachers are communicative and develop a very good welcoming atmosphere for both kids and parents."
"Tutor time is our second home. My children absolutely love this school and cannot wait to come back from weekends. The staff and teachers are amazing and are extremely child-centered."
"We couldn't be happier with the teachers and staff at Tutor Time. They are engaging, caring, and provide great advice to help us continue our baby's development at home. Other than having more cameras, there isn't anything I'd seriously suggest that's lacking."
"Amazing staff! Katrina and Ania are a great team. Everyone is so kind!"
