"The school is great overall, especially from the beginning. My son had learned a lot like talking more and being more social. However, overtime, the quality has tapered off towards downward trend. My son is also not quite going towards potty training for which we train him at home. We think the teachers are not helping him on it even though we have discussed potty training to the teachers already."

"This daycare is the absolute worst place to send your child. Because they are understaffed, they call for pickup creating some excuse like a fever or diarrhea so they can stay in ratio. When I noticed it continued happening (5 times in less than 2 months), I brought it to their attention. I will admit, I was not kind when I did. Regardless, their response was to call child protective services and claim I was neglecting my child, which is an absolute waste of government time and resources. You are required to pay the full tuition amount, even when your child can't attend for two days due to a made-up sickness they conjured up to stay in the guidelines. I watched my child get hit by plastic toys and I watch teachers walk away. I watched my child fall on his head from their toy shelf, I was not notified."

"This daycare has been the best in 25miles and the credit goes to the wonderful staff. I cannot think any other institute can cater the needs of my kids like this center."

"Overall a negative experience. Lacking in administrative staff, security, and class room management. Overpriced for the level of care our children received."

"Inconsistent staffing. Moving rooms all the time. Not replacing toys. This is a small state and you run into past providers. Safety is iffy staff underpaid so they leave all the time. No consistent replenishment of toys despite there being a budget. The only reason I am still there is location and before and after care. Some providers are good. But they don’t last. Not when McDonald’s and Uber pay more."

"Ms. Brigitte is a wonderful director. She takes the time not only to listen to parents concerns but provide action that will be taken to resolve the problems and follows up. I can't say that is the same with all of the management. The teachers are very caring and try to do the best they can for the children."

"The school needs better hours for working parents..closing at 5:30 is too early for a daycare when most of working adults get off at 5 to 6pm . I have to always rush . I get off at 5pm and I get there at 5:20pm. I have to run out my job … I should not have to rush , this can lead to a car accident which can cause me to be really late. The price is too much and you don’t work with people if they are late a week. I don’t think I should have to provide water for my child at school. The school told us going forward we have to bring a full bottle of water. Too me this is cheap. As much as we pay and to make sure we pay every week and to get there on time I have to bring WATER! Are you serious ."

"We have been with the center, since my son was 12 weeks old. Over the last 3 years, my son has grown and developed into a well-rounded toddler. This is largely due, to the nurturing and supportive environment this center creates. All of the teachers are incredible and go above and beyond everyday, to make sure my son is well-cared for. Conversations around my son, are always focused and have his best interests in mind. Additionally, administration communicates clearly and effectively, providing phone calls or information across the Bright Wheel App. I can not say enough wonderful things about this center and the wonderful job the staff do.
