"Great teachers. My child is well cared for."
"Experience has been great no complaints here"
"The phone recruiter assured me there was availability at the school and based on that representation I arrived at the appointed time (1pm) to take the tour and hopefully enroll my child only to be told by the on site staff that the school was full until September and that the marketing company does this a lot since the phone staff has a quota to make of tour appointments -- I was lied to and my time was wasted for which I am strongly considering suing the school for fraud"
"No staff at reception area to greet people. Most teachers don't know how child received scratches & bruises"
"The teachers are very friendly and most really are happy to see my boys at drop-off. It took a while for my family to warm up to the new director, but I feel she knows what she is doing, but could be more personable."
"medium. not overly impressed but not bad."

"Would like better communication from 2 year old classroom on activities/development of child. Overall good experience, I feel that my children are safe and cared for while at tutortime."

"I was grateful for being able to walk in and get the assistance and information I received. Staff was very professional and children appeared to enjoy their activities."
"Some teachers(inc. who left the school) are very smart, knowleadgeable, compassionate and caring. However I was so concerned about high teacher turnovers. My child seemed very stressed out dealing with changes in teachers.Allergy was not taken seriously by a couple of teachers(they already left the school). My son has a cow's milk allergy, but one of the teachers gave him cheese. Her excuse was I didn't know. If you move teachers around so much, those info should be listed on the poster or something and placed on the wall by the eating table. The allergy can be very scary but they don't seem to care so much. The school should hire professional cleaning crews. the carpet is just so dirty everyday.....The entrance door is sometimes open. No point of having a security code. The current director, Ms. Kim is very cold, unfriendly, and she is not capable of handling the problems with warm care. the parents we talk to all dislike her."

"The facility looks very run down and old. The teachers stations seemed impersonal. I walked in the toddler room and the teacher was behind the desk, not interacting with the kids. Unfortunate."
"I enjoy working with the admin staff and tenured teachers. Have had great experiences in infants, 1's, 3's and 4's. Lots of turnover causes disruption, and not a lot is done to gain parental comfort with new teachers. Need a strong, stable teacher for the 2-year old room."
