"My family has utilized this school for many years. In the recent 2 years, there has been a big shift of employees with frequent turn over. This negatively impacts the center. We are paying a lot of money for daycare and these changes directly affect the quality of care our children receive. The costs keep rising, however, the quality just isn’t the same as it used to be. Ending preschool, my child should be writing their name and spelling it, neither of which they can do at this time. Additional support and training for the teachers is needed to carry out the curriculum. The preschool teachers are very sweet and have so much potential, they need the guidance to allow them to flourish."

"Generally speaking, my son is well taken care of and shown affection. He, like most, is at a pivotal age for growth and development. I do see social development, along with activities he chooses to play. The management team makes contact when needed, and is usually quick with responses. The staff has/had gone through some changes, but the communication of my son's days are usually continual."

"My son attended for 6 years and now my daughter is attending. The inflexibility is the main reason I am looking for a new daycare. The work atmosphere has changed the last several years and I need more flex with a daycare. Especially if a day might need to be changed here or there. And it's one thing to pay half the weekly fee if your child does not attend that week but if I have notifed well in advance I should not have to pay full tuition if child is not attending."
