"During the start of attendance it was a bit up and down because of ongoing management changes. Since things have developed we have gain confidence and comfort with the staff and facility management.One main item that would benefit us is defining a clear path for development. Several weeks ago we felt that our child was outgrowing their room at the time and we expected there to be a defined process to transition into other more advanced rooms. Combined with minimal communication about the plans for our child to transition to another room, there was a lot of feeling of uncertainty. But, much of that feeling was quickly resolved through direct conversation with the staff. It would be nice to know the process to moving forward though."
"This place used to be one of the best centers in the area. They suffered from some internal issues. Hopefully, the new director will help put it back on track. Also, there is poor communication between teachers and parents by default, unless you ask the teachers yourself."

Once you leave your child, please don't expect minimum humanity from them.All they need is just MONEY, otherwise they don't even bother about you child's care. The WORST DAY CARE i have seen so far. Have some minimum ethics not to repeat this again. Children are God's Gift.. treat them with LOVE & CARE. It doesn't hurt you to do so. Keeping place very unhygienic & probing them to be Sick is NO GOOD to your place."
