"We have some of the best teachers and caretakers at 6266 Okemos! Beth, Danielle, Kim, Jeneece, Rachel...whatever can be done to encourage their retention would be an asset to this location. If they are not full time with benefits, I would encourage you to consider extending that added employment security to them (if they want it). There is a lot of turnover and as a parent, I take comfort when my child has a consistent caretaker. The women mentioned are amazing, loving, warm, nurturing and truly make me feel comfortable about leaving my child in their care. Whatever can be done to retain them would be appreciated not only by me, as a parent, but also by the children in their care!"

"I really like this school, I just think they need to hire some more full time teachers. Maybe they need to pay their employees better or offer some other incentives to stay at Tutor Time. I certainly pay a premium for this daycare. I hope they are passing some of this along to the teachers. If you want qualified, happy teachers you have to pay them well! You can't expect us parents to pay premium rates for daycare if you aren't providing good teachers and a quality facility. You can't keep good teachers if you aren't willing to pay them what they deserve."
