"Overall we are very happy with our experience. With the pandemic there have been adjustments for everyone. Our center had to change hours but stayed open. Which we very very grateful for. The then got a positive student after going back to regular hours and abruptly shut down for a week with only 1/2 day notice. This was a hurdle we had to figure out."

"I would say my overall experience is about average. There are certain teachers/directors that I have had better and more genuine relationships with than others. There are some that I feel care more than others and there are some that I feel are more qualified than others. Some of my favorite teachers have left and been replaced with others that I am not sure how they have a job educating children. The cleanliness is great, especially during the times that we are in. I love the location and it is affordable. There are definitely certain people that keep us enrolled there like Miss Debbie, Miss CJ, Miss Alyssa, Miss Dawn, Miss Martha, and Miss Madison...to name a few."

"Honestly very poor. I am disappointed with the lack of care, structure, discipline, education, poor reporting. Example: they rarely report on the app yet they will add “ate most of lunch” but I’ll go in and someone will say they weren’t really interested in eating... well which is it? They report 3 diaper changes a day on average and they are there for 8-10hrs a day...spend your money somewhere else."

"All of the staff know all of the children by name which is impressive. They all show a sincere concern for the development of the child as an individual. My child started school here a few months before turning 2 and before he had been at home with my husband or me. They did a great job making him feel secure and comfortable transitioning from home to daycare and then from his 1 year old class to his 2 year old class. I have heard negative comments about other Tutor Time locations regarding class size. I can only speak to the one, two and three year old class at this location, but I have always felt that the class size still allowed the teachers to educate my child and address his individual needs. Overall, I am very happy with this location and highly recommend."
