"The billing is terrible. The director is rude and disrespectful. It's not easy being a single working parent and I wish I could stay at home with my kids but I cant. The understanding of making parents feel comfortable and that children are comfortable is a priority. I don't want to just feel like a number or a ratio or revenue to fill a quota."

It would be helpful to have a transition night/meet the teacher when the kids are switching rooms so the parents can get an overview of the educational goals for the room and daily schedule. It would also be a great idea to have parents complete a “get to know” my child form so they can share things about their child with their teacher.I appreciate Shawna and her willingness to listen and make decisions about what is best for the kids/teachers/parents. It is a difficult balancing act."
