"So far, my experience has not been good with some of the teachers. They need a little more training on how to deal with the toddlers."

"It has been a positive experience however, I would like to see more updates and pictures/videos or my daughter doing her curriculum and having fun with others. When I have questions the teachers and staff are very responsive. Whenever I walk in the center to pick up and drop off, the teachers were able to answer any questions of mine."

"The teachers constantly change so it is difficult for my child to get acclimated to a new teacher every other month. The newer teachers seem to do the bare minimum each day. No education (or very little) is provided to better equip children for grade school. The kids mainly color or just play all day. The classrooms are filthy and smell bad. The floors may get mopped every day but everything else is not disinfected. My child has received his fair share of cuts, scrapes, bruises, and now scars from the lack of supervision from this school. The children can be hitting each other over the head with toys and the teacher will not do anything. It’s disheartening to see children learn independence due to lack of leadership and care. Especially for the hundreds of dollars that we pay each week."

"I’m very sad to have to remove my daughter from this daycare. I wanted it to work out but I’ve witnessed the children failed countless times with no proper response or resolution. They hire ANYBODY and do not properly watch staff DESPITE them having live cameras. Extremely disappointed and heartbroken in what I’ve witnessed. Please do better. Children deserve so much more then how they’re being treated."

"Overall the supervision and staff was great to work with during my transfer process, unfortunately my kid's teacher seems to be unable to handle the amount of children in her classroom and has not welcomed my child or me with any kind of respect. I do not have control over who is placed where and I'd like to get appropriate and respectful acknowledgement and answers from teachers when asking questions about my child's care."

"i love our teachers and the staff we see. I rarely see/speak with/interact with the director and am unsure of her role in the daily operations. my child is well loved and has built strong relationships with certain kids, but with the constant reshuffling of kids and classrooms, i worry about the stability of her routines and friendships. i am not in support of the amount of screen time used to manage the classrooms. i think the staff should be given more resources/lesson plans/support to create more structure and engagement for the kids without having to resort to screen time."

"I feel like my child has been subjected to a larger number of falls and head bumps then is typical. He was transitioned to a one nap a day schedule before it was developmentally appropriate. There is a lot of pressure to progress him on solid consump"

"They are amazing in the infant room. The director is a horrible person. She does not communicate with parents. They lied about moving toddlers when they are fully walking. My daughter just turned 1 can’t walk and they transitioned her rooms without telling me"

"My experience has been good overall. It would be nice to see nametags on employees. There are so many new faces and it would be nice to know their names."

"It’s been great besides Covid shutting the school down so often. I wish we had a back up solution to temporary drop off at another location perhaps ? Most parents don’t have a back up if daycare fails them and it’s not ok to take a week or more off of work and miss pay. It’s hard times."

"I’m content. I trust the staff to make quick decisions about safety. I trust that staff takes care and nurtures my child and the other students as well. Being a teacher to over 10+ kids in a classroom isn’t easy, I am grateful that my child has a hardworking teacher."

"This location is great! My son is hearing impaired, and the school has been so accepting of his Early Intervention teacher helping them understand hearing loss as well as incorporating simple strategies so he can thrive! He has fun and loves coming to school, he is progressing in his language, knowledge and skills as well. The teachers are wonderful with the children and we feel safe while he’s in their care."

"This is a great school! Our son wears hearing aids and his teachers have been excellent in helping him understand language AND having him be social and engage in the programs! His teachers are so caring and they create wonderful days for the children. Our son loves going there and we have a great relationship with the school! Highly recommend."
