"I trust my child’s teachers. My child is always excited to see them and gives them big smiles. It is very uncomfortable that almost on a daily basis the director or another assistant is in the classroom almost immediately when I arrive before I can even finish getting a full report or get out the classroom door and telling teachers they need to leave. I believe this is due to ratios decreasing, but it has been unprofessional at times the way they speak and direct these teachers in the middle of pick up has occurred many times and has been a concern of ours."

"My husband and I enrolled our daughter in Tutor Time when we moved to Arizona about 4 months ago and we have had nothing but good experiences thus far. The staff at the front desk have always been super helpful and accommodating with us and our schedule. Her teachers are always very loving and caring when we drop her off especially in the beginning when she cried a lot being dropped off; as it was her first time at a day care. We have seen our daughter grow so much in the short time she has been there. Her vocabulary has grown tremendously and she is very independent. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a daycare center!!"

"Not impressed. The director is very unprofessional, acts like she’s on something, and blamed us and the staff for her mistake. We pay good money for school and it’s just not worth the quality I pay for rightnow. Brightwheel is my being used correctly and when voiced concerns she has made excuses and pushed it off. We pay for this service!"

She hasn't take the time to learn about my child like other staff have, and comes across very fake when trying to help my needs. Not impressed with her. "Great experience! All of the teachers are very friendly. Our kid is happy when they come to school. Please let the teachers know not to kiss the kids on the cheek because it is awkward for parents to see that and inappropriate. Only parents and family members should be doing that as a loving gesture. A hug is fine but a kiss on the cheek is unacceptable."
