"The school is great but the pricing structure has gotten a bit out of control."
"Had a very tough time with TT during COVID but ever since we’ve been more than pleased. Fallyn is great. Infant teachers are great (Mamue, Emilia, Phyllis) and Miss Ashley is great. Many others are good but these are the standouts."
"Before this year, all the teachers have been so great in meeting my son’s needs. The planned lessons and activities that were age/developmentally appropriate. He had plenty of time to play both inside and outside. However, this year we are disappointed and upset with the lack of developmentally appropriate activities (tracing letters in preschool, constantly sitting at the tables) and lack of play time both inside and outside."
"Good. Received conflicting information in the onboarding/initial documents. Would have liked clearer instructions for what needed on day 1."
"LOVE Tutortime!! They are so great, the staff is so warm and loving. They really take time to care for your kid. My kid feels so at home there."
"It is hard to believe how much this place costs, it’s more than my college tuition was. Plus it is a ripoff to keep the day’s money when a kid is sick or can’t attend, especially when it is a mandated quarantine."
"The acting director is fantastic"
"We love Tutor Time! Bri and Fallyn are so knowledgeable and caring. Jack's teachers, Ms. Allyson and Ms. Lynn, are also so kind and he adores them."
"Love the teachers, curriculum and a lot of the staff. The COVID policies were more crazy than other schools and there were a lot more positive cases. We didn’t feel heard by management and decisions felt corporate in nature and lacked empathy. I only didn’t pull my kids out bc we didn’t have any other options at the time. If prices continue to go up without the standard of comms, care, etc rising, we will leave."
"I love this school. I honestly can't say enough amazing things. My daughter is my second child to be enrolled (the first was there for 5 1/2 years) and I'm constantly still blown away by the level of professionalism, quality of activities, way in which the teachers make learning fun and exciting, and how safe I feel with my child in someone else's hands. Especially during a pandemic, I'm surprised how comfortable I am leaving my child in the care at the school. I honestly believe that the director, co-director, and teachers have my child's best interest at heart and I feel like they are open to anything my daughter needs from them. I could not ask for a better experience!"
"I have had 2 children go through Tutor time and both have been nothing but happy. As a parent I have to say it is very difficult to get any clear answers from the director level. I feel the teachers are under paid and under valued and not treated fairly with protocols from covid. We just had a tuition increase and I hope it is going towards teachers as my child has had 4 different teachers this year alone.I feel the directors could be wonderful teachers but are poor administrators and are overwhelmed by their jobs and do not know how to communicate properly simple changes and do not listen to the parents of children when there is an issue that doesnt make sense."
"My son loves his teachers and is learning so much everyday. I’m so surprised when he knows a new concept or word that I’ve never heard him use before. His progress is astounding thanks to Tutor Time!"
"The school is doing excellent work especially with staffing shortages and all the other uncertainties going around."
"Overall, we’ve loved the teachers and the activities planned each day! We feel more comfortable with the Covid protocol of two classes being a pod. The director is always there to here our concerns and praise."
"It’s a good school that helps prepare children to enter Kindergarten"
