"We are having a nice experience so far with TutorTime on Ellena West. The staff are really friendly and my daughter enjoys her time there. I especially like how safe and clean everything is. They really take the time to keep things tidy."

"The school and the teachers are great. I don’t like the new policy of only allowing two weeks at 50% off, I think that’s ridiculous. More and more often we are asked to bring her lunch. This usually coincides with a week then there is a holiday. We already have to pay full price for the week and we have to bring lunch and additional day. I’m paying for lunch to be included, I shouldn’t ever have to bring her lunch. I know this is a corporate strategy to save money and it’s annoying. When they have parties that should be a supplement, not us providing all the time."

"I feel like my child is getting left behind in the transition from toddler to twos. She’s never in any of the photos. Because there are fewer teachers, they just let her play by herself. I’m concerned that she’s not getting as much socialization and communication practice. I wish there was at least one more teacher in the room. My only concern is I am not sure how safe my children are from an unauthorized individual coming into the school. Especially after seeing the gun shooting in Texas where kids were killed. I know we all have codes to enter but some parents may not be cautious and an unauthorized individual may come in with them. I would like to hear if there any extra steps that are being taken to avoid that from happening. Thank you"
