"I really always loved tutor time. The atomosphere was so positive- the teachers were professional. They fired our director Jen - who was amazing and caring and communicated. Once she left that went away. Communications come through email, are late if any. Programs that were fun have stopped. Several great teachers have left. The newer staff isn’t as engaged and forthcoming with information - it’s like pulling teeth. I would expect when I got to pick up my son to know how the day was. I do have to say when I did have an issue the new director put me at ease. I know it is still a transition period. I like the flexability of having as many or as little days I need- I would hate for that to go away. Overall, improve communication- from the teacher level to the overall school level (let us know if it’s through email or the app?)Be friendly and don’t bounce the kids around so much. I really want to stay but am up in the air."

"We have been there less than a year. So far our experience is overall positive. Everyone seems to know my son when we drop off, and are happy to see him which is nice feeling to leave your child at. I notice some staff turn over after a few months which was disappointing because I really loved the people he started with. The new people seem good too but the original connection to his teacher hasn’t yet been fully restored, having to build back up to that again is my least favorite part so far. However the new teacher and staff do seem great, just getting to know them and then getting to know my son takes time so I really hope there isn’t a lot of churn again any time soon. My son is always happy at pick up and I feel confident he’s safe and exploring all day!"

"My three year old son was enrolled at Tutortime in Ronkonkoma and due to complete negligent behavior by the staff I cured a serious injury in their care due to negligent behavior by incompetent staff! No answers, no apologies by the director or staff members. Cruel people! Please reconsider if thinking about this place and if you care about your children’s safety! They act like they care until something happens and then try to blame the poor child instead of looking at their inept policies. My son will have a permanent scar forever on his face due to negligence but the psychological scars left by this place will forever be deep!!! "

"It is great experience, My son (22 and half year old) is enrolled in Ronkonkoma, Tutor Time almost 4 weeks ago. My son loves his teachers specially Ms. Sharine. It's good to see how my child is growing in the school. I get his all updates from school from precious time APP which I like most. Thank you Tutor Time :)"

"The convienance of the railroad being across the street makes it easy for drop off/pick up. Our teacher Sharon is a prime example of what is expected and she should be used as a role model. Many of the staff seem as if they dont have the qualifications or training to be teachers. Staff should be reconsidered or reviewed."

I feel that it's helped set a great foundation for his learning and given him experience learning how to interact with others his age, and I feel comfortable knowing it's a safe environment where he has fun every day. I also love that I'm regularly updated throughout the day with little reports and pictures. The only reason I may not stay here is because we may be moving, but I'd love to keep him here as long as we can."
