"Tutortime is phenomenal. The staff is super friendly and you can tell they care about the children attending. I don’t have to worry at all about my child. They are very open and communicate throughout the day with updates on your child. Any questions or concerns are throughly answered and they accommodate to your needs as best they can. My child truly enjoys being there. As a parent, I am satisfied with how my child is treated and cared for. I appreciate everyone at tutortime."

"Assistant teachers dont seem engaged and just stare at kids. Age range in class is too large and my child is not getting appropriately challenged and instead regressing. Indoor play area was taken away and now no alternative space and stuck in one space on rainy days. Nap time longer than what was told on tour to accommodate teachers breaks so kids stuck on cots for 3 hours. Huge turnover in staff. Updates not being put in sproutabout leaves us guessing about their day"

"I have really felt comfortable having my infant at Tutor Time because of the leadership and teachers in his class. Ms. Dana, Ms. Dominique, Ms. Emily and Ms. Jen really seem to care for the kids and are nurturing toward them. They are also very communicative and ask questions or share feedback with me through the app. The teachers are also very quick with their responses. I love the pictures, frequent updates and live video streaming as well."

"I love Katie and Cheryl. They really tackle issues I have and try to come up with situations. they are super friendly and easy to talk to. My one daughter has really bonded with Ms. Dom and Ms. Alexis when she was in toddler two (she just transitioned to the early preschool class so she is still getting to form relationships with her new teachers). Ms. Dom and Ms. Alexis are just so genuine with their interactions with my daughter. She loves them. In regards to the infant class, my youngest daughter loved Ms. Jen, Ms. Dana and Ms. Dilek. Dad and I were scared having her so young in daycare but they were so attentive to her. She also recently transitioned and she has flourished in her new class. She is using sign language more at home and learned to walk more confidently."

"We love the school. The teachers are attentive, staff is responsive, school is clean. Our children love the outdoor facilities. We love the meals provided, they are healthy and well curated. When we came to the school, our one son had adjustment issues. They took their time with him until he became more comfortable. They were able to figure out his interests and used those to help him feel welcome. I love the app and live streaming. They keep us updated on what the kids are doing. The communication with the messages are amazing. The teachers are so quick to respond to inquiries despite their busy days. They believe the parents needs are just as important as the kids they care for!"
