"I couldn’t be happier with our experience thus far. From the moment we toured the facility to my child’s first day, I felt a warm welcome. All staff genuinely cares for my child. The communication through the SpoutAbout app is a great source to receive regular updates. Being able to communicate with directly with the teacher throughout the day is convenient for working parents and for teachers to give a quick response. The livestream gives me a sense of peace while being away from my child. I love receiving photos and videos throughout the day.I am very comfortable leaving my child here daily."

"There have been good and bad years depending on the class and the teacher turnaround. There have been some really good teachers that care, and some very bad ones that do not show any enthusiasm. The bad teachers tend to burn out faster and leave but it leads to burnout in the good teachers when they pick up the slack."

"We have had a phenomenal experience with Tutor Time. From the moment I first spoke with the Director, I KNEW I wanted my girl here. During orientation, one of the pre-k teachers was discussing health and safety while the children are at the school and her comment was “we know these are your babies, but please believe these are OUR babies, too, and we will ensure that they are safe and thriving in our care”. The overwhelming feeling of ‘this is the best place for us’ was very reassuring of our decision. The first week of school was a tough transition as she’s never been out of family care. By week 2, she was skipping into the school joyfully. Fast forward 3 months - she said “mommy, I love my school, my heathers, and my friends, and I want to go here forever”. My heart was so happy to hear that. We absolutely LOVE the staff at Tutor Time and could not recommend this facility enough. "Great price and my son enjoys the school for the most part, but the director/administration have done a very poor job communicating tuition price, schedules, and security issues. For example, I have yet to be entered into the security system so people just let me in which is a concern of mine. Also, it took three weeks for my information to be added to the check-in/check-out system so for the first three weeks the school has no records of when my son arrives and leaves from the school."
