"I always feel a warm welcome when I walk in the door. The front desk ladies are very friendly and always working. My child loves going to her class and talks about going to school at home."
"Overall excellent experience."
"Call me at ***-***-****. My son had 4 incident reports in two weeks. One was because of an accident my son caused, however, all agreed he it was an isolated accident and he was more than sincere in his apology and reaction. Then my son was hit multiple times on 3 separate occasions by the same student. We were treated as the offender. Come to find out, the student had a long history of this with other students as well. On the third event, I pushed back and demanded action. The director decided she was going to talk at me and down to me and also focused on my son's event, something that had nothing to do with this other child. I again pushed back and told her she needed to provide my son a safe environment. The conversation was very confrontational. One thing you should know is that I am a licensed attorney, however, I work in the Human Resources field. I also have board experience at a non-profit child development center. As such, I fully understand your operations and environment. Personally, I think the director needs to be removed and the staff need a good kick in the ass on how to operate daily."
"All experiences have been great so far. Teachers and staff are great and my daughter is happy also. We feel she is receiving very good educational lessons and care. The facility is clean and secure. Our only gripe is with the pricing for before and after care when compared with pre-k programs at local elementary schools."
"The front end staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. The director gives the impression that she truly cares about the kids, which is refreshing. Ms Sylvia and Ms Gina have both been great teachers! They are patient, nurturing, fair, and invest in the children. All of kids have a voice in the class room and are rewarded regularly for positive behaviors. They take time out to talk to the parents, which I appreciate. I look forward to a strong year."
"My only complaint was how often the teacher assistants were switched around. Right when my child was used to someone a new person would be assigned to her class. The inconstancy made our drop off become increasingly more difficult as the year went on. In the mornings at drop off I often had to seek out help for where to take my child because her location changed ever 30 minutes in the morning. Kids thrive on routine and I felt that had these inconsistencies not been an issue we would have had a more relaxed student!"
