"I've had to sit down with the director and share my concerns after a few weeks of having my 18 month enrolled. The director responded with much understanding and received my concerns well. Some of them have been addressed by the staff, but I'm still seeing some things that go against what's advertised to prospective families. "

"Overall I really like the layout of the facility which gives privacy in the play yards and security on entry. The teachers are great and generally very energetic and caring towards the kids. There tends to be a lot of teacher turnover though as this is often a part time or stepping stone job. Overall we had been happy here for 6 years, but the recent change of the director has me very concerned. What was once a warm, family environment now feels much more like a money making business that charges way too much for any extras. I'm concerned about what other changes will be enacted and would seriously look at leaving if my child were not starting kindergarten soon. I have recommended the facility to friends in the past but at this point, I cannot recommend this facility to anyone unless positive changes are made."

"It’s a great school with great staff. Very clean, organized and professional. I love the updates and pictures showing me what happens during the day. It cuts out me having to ask what they did that day. I also like how everyone seems to know every child and where they belong, it makes it seem like they have everything under control!"
