"I have only met one teacher i disliked at Tutor time. I felt i didn't need to say much in order for the director to pick up on my feelings. At the time rooms were being rearranged due to adding an infant room and My son was transitioned to another room. Every one is very kind. My son gets excited to see his teachers which puts my mind at ease. I can't say enough good things about the staff. With the Brightwheels app I feel like I am with my child all day. When i pick him up I can talk to him about his day. He is only 1 and cannot tell me himself."

"My child was recently moved to the next classroom. While the teachers from the original classroom were great and communicative about the process, we were very underwhelmed when the transition actually happened. On our first day of the new room, both parents came for drop off to meet the new teachers since we'd never interacted with them before. However, when we walked into the new room, no one even acknowledged we were there - both teachers barely looked up. Didn't say hello to our child, didn't introduce themselves to parents, literally nothing. I had to say Hi, I've got (kid). I think he's in this room now?. I was shocked that they didn't even say hi to our kid and welcome him to the new room. I don't expect the teachers to know all the parents' names, I'm fine if they just know me as my kid's parent, but I do expect them to introduce themselves on first days. I felt like we had walked into the wrong classroom the way they reacted. Since then, I have not felt that the new teachers are as engaged with my child. They don't ask any questions at drop off and it feels very difficult to engage in any conversation with them. While they might be providing a caring environment, part of their job is relaying information to parents, and I have not seen any of that since the new classroom transition."

"Overall good. Initially the new director was hard to develop a relationship with. She seemed preoccupied with business going on like ratios and not acknowledging the kids or interacting with the parents but this has gotten a little better. The Santa workshop they did on the wknd was awesome!"

"Management (center director) is rude and gives off a very negative vibe. Not a place I like to have my child for so many hours a day. The classroom teachers are great for the most part, but there are many young people who cover lunches/pick up times that have no clue what they're doing. Much room for improvement here. Very unfortunate that this school doesn't care about personal needs for each child. They are very cold and corporate."

"As my child has moved up through the program the daily updates communicated have become less and less. Now for summer camp there have been minimal updates. More than once summer camp activities have been cancelled resulting in just activities in the classroom and my child deems these boring. While I understand things happen playing in the classroom doesn't sound like summmer camp fun in replace of a trip or visitor."

"My son used to attend a family-based daycare but we chose to come here because we thought there would be a lot more learning. The cost is twice as much as we were paying but yet I still feel that it's only daycare and not a school."

"My daughter enjoys coming to the school. She does complain about the repetitive menu meals. I find that all the teachers and staff very loving and compassionate BUT stern(using positive re-enforcement & criticism) WHEN necessary.The Director Jenn has very professional and bubbly warming personality. She definitely makes a parent feel their child is in “Good Safe Hands”"
