"The curriculum and teachers are good and we have always been satisfied. But the numerous increases in tuition coupled with continuous additions of fees for diapers and workbooks and so on make the costs more than we can comfortably afford. We do not want to have to choose between our kids' education and being able to pay our bills."

Food quality is not as high as we would like, given that tuition has just gone up again. Education received by our older child is very good and will be good kindergarten preparation but we feel we're paying too much for our younger child who seems to receive little direct interaction with teachers and not enough activities like books and songs."

"In general, my experience with Tutor Time in North Greenbush is amazing. Everyone is loving, understanding and caring. I feel that my children are loved and well taken care of and the staff is friendly and welcoming to the children and parents. I trust them and I am at ease throughout the day knowing they are safe and well cared for by people that love them."

"Mainly positive. The school has many problems with staff turn over. It seems to be headed in the right direction now though. Not pleased with transition process. It is supposed to be done by age but seems more likely done by parent request. My son is often left in a class where he is the oldest and other kids have transitioned before him when he is older than them. Communication overall could also improve. Amazing Athletes should not be a program that only kids whose parents can afford the additional $ can attend. Things taught in this program should be merged into classroom. It is not cost effective for a parent with two children in this daycare. Also do not understand a registration fee every year. There is no need for this extra expense when they are turning families away every day because they are at capacity. Scheduled days off in advance should not have to be paid for. We should also receive reimbursement for the 3 snow days the daycare took this year. I'm starting to feel nickel and dimed"

Currently there is not a place to place an infant seat or your belongings outside of the class room before drop off. This makes taking them out of their seat and bringing in their belongings more difficult then it should be. There is also no place to put the car seat other than the director's office. Adding some cubbies or somewhere to place the car seat and belongings as well as more chairs not directly in front of the bathroom would be very helpful. Also the flooring could be cleaned better. Many days during drop off I notice mud and dirt on the floors as you are walking in right outside of the infant rooms. Another concern is parking. I often feel very nervous during drop off that I am going to back into a parent and child as it gets very busy and it is not always easy to see small children that run out of the school."
