"I love all the teachers and administrators at this school. They are kind, caring and compassionate people. I sincerely believe they love and cherish my children and care about my family. I never have a worry or concern about my children while they are in the care of the school. I love the precious status and the communication that provides me throughout the day. The school is neat and orderly and Amy (Director) has been the best to work with and communicate. The care and attention that she has demonstrated to my family has been superior. My only critique is I wish less candy and cupcakes and cookies were served at school but that is like half of one percent of a concern for me. My children's safety and the love and care that they are shown daily and throughout the day never waivers. I love this school and I can't imagine sending my children anywhere else. Frankly, I choose Tutor Time (Troy) over me staying home with my kids if I had the option...they are that good. :)"

"Teachers are fantastic; especially in the infant rooms. The assistant director is wonderful, warm, inviting. I've occasionally felt the the director can be condescending and insincere, but appears competent overall. Obviously, childcare is expensive and always a concern; however, it is not terribly overpriced in comparison to other facilities."

She engaged the infant room teachers in learning how to care for him with that in mind. They were very interested in learning. She even recommended this facility to another family since she liked it so much. Ms. Jaspreet and Ms. Kevser are wonderful ladies who truly care for the babies."

"My child has been very happy attending Tutor Time. She is always happy to arrive at school, and is engaged all day long. I have experienced varying levels of communication with teachers depending on the individual. In my child's previous room, I received detailed updates daily about her activities in the room. I loved those updates because I could ask my child about the activities at pick up. In her current room, the updates on activities are sparse. I appreciate that it would take extra time, however I would love to see one update each day with more detail on daily activities. For example, an update on an arts project the students are working on."
"The big issue has been lack of communication, outside what he ate & when he went to the bathroom I have very little idea of what goes on. The staff are nice & friendly. Also, the price is very expensive."
"Often my sense is that the management staff is more concerned with staying in good stead with state regulators than with us, but the teachers are empathetic and effective. The program is very good but at a much higher cost than other schools in our area. Our son thrives in the environment and we have been very pleased with his progress both in terms of educational and behavioral outcomes."
