"My daughter was hurt by the negligence of a teacher who was fired and the unsafe and unkept condition of the playground, we still have unpaid medical bills and the matter was never resolved and Tutor Time never cared to even pay for these costs due. its disgusting that Tutor Time does not care that my daughter has a scar on her forehead for the rest of her life and will be affected by this forever"

"Corporate could care less about safety issues and treating parents with respect. Dangerous conditions existed on playground, daughter suffered injury because teacher did not supervise and dangerous conditions existed on playground and corporate gave director no support in making sure teachers had safe areas for children, proper training and corporate still will not pay childs medical bills or compensate for injury and just sends parents to deal with nasty insurance company personnel instead of doing the right thing. It is sad and we will be sure to make sure to continue to warn parents and keep taking pictures of our daughters massive scar and documenting the condition, loss of work and medical issues so that she can take care of the matter against tutor time when she is of the age of majority."
