"My experience is there is no perfect daycare. All are flawed in some way. Improvements can always be made. But consistency is what I would like for my daughter. I don't feel I have that. My daughter does not like change or go with the flow mentality. Every child is different but she absolutely loved it in the infant room with miss Amber and miss Chrissy. Overall I like the option of sprout about app. Not saying tutor time is trying to hide anything but it's just an assurance for a parent if they wanted to pop in at any given time to see their child, they most certainly can. And it's nice to see what they do during the course of the day."

There have been some great teachers who left, and we have had a few questionable teachers.-Morning drop off rooms vary and when timeliness is needed, this does not help. I sometimes do not know where to go.-Food menu variety is satisfactory.-Safe, secure and worry-free.-Live views are invaluable. -Outdoor space freshly renovated.-Diversity of program is second to none."

"This school has been nothing short of amazing. I am so appreciative for Katie, The Director, Sarah, The Assistant Director and ALL of the teachers. Everyone is so friendly regardless of whether or not my child is in their class. The curriculum and lesson plans have contributed to having my child ready for grade school. The price is steep and sometimes I have had my reservations about that but when I look at the renovations and the care and education my child has received, it makes every penny worth it and if I had to choose again it would be TutorTime in Vestal, NY EVERY TIME!"

"The teachers have all been fantastic and all care greatly for my daughter. She has had a great experience at tutor time so far and it was a great first daycare for her. I wish the school offered part time because that is our need at the time, we end up paying for a full week but only need 3 days. The outdoor playground could really use some landscaping and upkeep. "Great teachers (other than smelling like smoke and smoking in parking lot before coming into work) but very high price and unhelpful management. Very unreliable care. Facilities always under repair. Not sensitive to my child. Management has never solved an issue k have brought to them, I have always had to give up or do it myself"

"The staff are wonderful and kind. My child is well taken care of.A lot of transition happens and retention with staff seems to be a struggle. Sometimes movement to new classrooms is not explained and updates are not received until after the transition happens."
