"We are thrilled with the quality of education our children receive at Everbrook. The teachers are outstanding, with creative, fun activities and structured lesson plans for the kids. Our preschooler has really enjoyed the summer camp activities as well. The administrators work incredibly hard, and they do a great job getting to know all of the kids and their families and making sure the environment is a safe one for the kids. They also handled the COVID situation very well. When there is turnover at the school, we are impressed by the new hires, and we feel our kids are truly in great hands with their teachers and the staff."
"Overall we have been very pleased at everbrook. The love and care our kids receive is amazing. However within the last several months there has been a high turnover of staff members which makes it difficult for our kids. Obviously staff leave for several response (as any job or workplace has happen), just makes it difficult sometimes. But we do love our teachers and they do amazing work with our kids !!! Cost is high, but it is something we learn to work with I guess. But the teachers make the real work happen day in and day out and they need to be praised at Everbrook for they are incredible. We are so grateful for them in our children’s lives!!!!!"

"Honestly, we’ve been disappointed. The Everbrook name and branding really meant something to us based on our previous experiences with another Everbrook location. The lack of communication and structure is my biggest concern. I frequently feel like I don’t know what is happening in the school. I understand that COVID has seriously impacted our transition to this school. I haven’t been able to set foot in the building. So maybe without COVID it would be different. I do not feel like my child is unsafe. She is making friends with other kids and is fine. But I also think that moving forward we will be looking at other options once COVID is over and the world is more stable. The pricing is similar to the other Everbrook location we were at and the quality is significantly less. I had high expectations based on an awesome experience. I recommend the other school to my friends and I would not recommend this location. It’s frustrating to not feel like my child is growing or being engaged."

"Everbrook has become a second home for our son. He loves going and spending time with his friends and teachers every day. The teachers have helped him to become more sociable while helping him learn the things he needs to know to move along in his education. The teachers and staff are friendly and caring. They are there daily to answer questions, concerns, or just to tell me something he did that day. We have found that they are our partners in helping my son to become the best person he can."

"Outside of the price increase, we've had a great experience. I do feel like the teachers really care about the kids and you can feel that through their daily interactions. I also love that the school has an app that gives us information on feeding, diaper changes, additional questions/communication, etc. I love when the teachers share pictures or upload videos during that day - that is always a welcome touch! And having the ability to log in to a video camera in the room gives me peace of mind that my son is being taken care of. I like that I can check in on him and ensure the environment is always safe and how he's doing."

"We have had a mixed experience. The location is great however the program that we initially enrolled our child in was eliminated. We would not have enrolled our child in the center had we known this was going to be the outcome of the program."
