"For some reason the negative reviews (and there are many) are not visible on there site only the positive....hmmm very odd. As a parent I rely on honest reviews before making any decision. This is my honest review based on real experiences with Tutor Time. I am a mother of two children who had a very bad experience and will not allow you to be misinformed about this place. The care is below standard, safety measures (especially during COVID) is below standards and the directors and district do not care about concerns nor do they care to address it. What they do care about is attracting YOU with so called positive reviews that do NOT fit what they actually provide. DO NOT BE FOOLED! speak to real parents and get real feedback especially if you have young children who are not yet verbal. This place is nothing like they claim to be. There are much better options so keep looking and this is from a real parent! I will not sugar coat as requested. I think it is very sad that they think that they can get away with ignoring concerns because they continue to attract parents who don't know better. From one parent to another, you are now informed. Best of luck on your search!"

"This center has declined a lot!!! A lot of unprofessional interaction and behaviors amongst staff. The staff themselves have been heard discussing how unhappy they are in the center. A lot of the staff do not seem qualified for the position they are in and some staff don’t seem to have a position and kinda hangs out in the office. The management team is nice and friendly, but also very loose and laid back. The environment just really lacks professionalism and don’t feel like a professional daycare. The director is always in the office and rarely interacts with patents. Most of the time she seems annoyed by concerns. Front staff and teachers a very friendly and nice but again the overall environment needs to be more professional. Change is always promised but never happens. TutorTime is good at making parents feel like concerns are heard and change will happen but are bad on actually following through to make changes."
