"Over all the general experience has been great when it comes to providing the daily care. I feel a lot of things are out of the hands of the directors and lead staff at the facility pertaining to maintenance wise which overall becomes a safety hazard. I have previously stated in other surveys the conditions of the exterior grounds. The parking lot needs to be paved, and walkways need to be evened out so people don't trip and or fall. In addition it seems like the parking lot never gets plowed or ice melt is never applied during the winter months. One would think the nature of the the business would figure this stuff out. I feel this is not the responsibility of the staff but the owners responsibility to maintain the grounds."

"I believe that the school needs more funds to fix the parking lot area and add a handle to the top of the front door so that kids cannot open on their own."

"Things are great so far. My son seems to be adjusting to the classroom. We try to talk to the teachers in the mornings or via the app on how he is doing since they have usually ended their shift by the time he gets picked up."

"My general experience has been good. I have not had many complaints at all. However, I still have concerns about the cleanliness in the classrooms. It improved temporarily after I expressed my concern but now it is getting back to the way it was."

"Summer camp was disappointing. They did not follow the calendar that was sent home and there wasn't much effort to keep the kids busy and entertained. I was really disappointed and will most likely not return."

"Main teachers are very sweet and enthusiastic there are three in particular that we feel go above and beyond. The backups are perfectly nice/seem competent but otherwise just ok. We feel at ease dropping our child off here is and although no ones going to care for our child as well as we would, we feel our child gets very good care here."

"It would be helpful if there was more communication given to kids transitions from classrooms. For example, when my kid transitioned from infants to toddlers, I wasn’t aware that toddlers provided milk, and I wasn’t sure what the routine was for setting my child up with breakfast (do I do it, do the teachers do it, does it not matter?) also, I didn’t know if I should drop her off at the toddler room or infant room (she’s an early drop off). I will say when I asked the teachers for clarification they were more than happy to help me navigate the classroom transition."
