"I am really bothered by the practice of warming bottles by simply running the water in multiple classrooms which is a regular practice. It is totally unacceptable in California where water sources are contaminated or being overused and lack awareness of this is a constant problem! Please put an immediate stop to this practice!"

I'd like to know who all the staff members that have access to my child; and to know their education/experience in early childhood care and development. The 1 or 2 staff currently listed outside the rooms are qualified but they're not actually in the room (ever!). And there are about 6 staffers rotating in throughout the day. Who are these people? I just want to know I not paying all this money for babysitters, but rather for actual early childhood educators (professions) as I was led to believe when took the tour and saw the pictures of the qualified staffers and their credentials.P.S. Did questions 41-45 narrow down which kid is mine? If this survey is seen in its entirety by the staff at my child's school, it is a flawed survey because those questions allow the staff to pinpoint the student/parent and lose the surveys anonymity. I tried to refuse to answer but they are required fields."

"Hello, I was kind of taken aback how bare the classrooms looked. One toddler room especially had barely anything on the walls and very minimal toys. classrooms did not look warm and inviting or creative. didn't get the sense of a warm, nurturing environment (even though it could be - I didn't feel it). Outdoor play areas were disappointing with sun faded old looking toys. Person giving me tour seemed kind of over it - or it was just routine to her to give people tours...more of a business meeting. Honestly, after seeing the 1st classroom I was checked out. Just really not impressed overall. I appreciate your time but I'm just being honest. Phrases like oh the parents just love that just came off insincere - like they do things just to appease their customers, not that it brings them joy."
