"The name of the web site was tvdvdboxsets.com. They operate under many names but it is the same company. It took four weeks to get the order and the DVD's were all in two boxes in sleeves. The video quality and sound were terrible. The web site says you have 30 days to return the product. But when you go to the return request page it says you have only 15 days to return it. I did finally get some one by email but no one ever answered my return request. She gave me an address in China to return the DVD's for a full refund or I could throw them away and they would refund half my purchase price. After finding it would cost $30 to ship back to China I opted for the half price refund. Please don't fall for their scam. Buy movies only from reputable sites like Amazon or some of the other reputable sites. The videos have been recorded off TV and is very poor quality."

"This site is a scam. After foolishly placing an order for a set of DVDs I could not find elsewhere, and after following up on the non-shipped order, I became suspicious and starting looking for info.

These people operate under several different domain names and are in Montreal. They either (1) never ship the merchandise or (2) ship DVDs that are cheap, homemade, ILLEGAL copies of the actual product or in some cases are from VCR recordings from TV! They never issue refunds and will only suggest having your credit card company cancel the order. However, they use delaying tactics, such as order shipping notifications and other followup to inquiries, so that in many cases it may be too late to reverse the charge with your credit card issuer."
