Their price was about $1000 - $1500 less than I was seeing in retail stores, but that was not the best thing about buying from TV Authority. Service, Service, Service! I ordered on a Saturday and hoped to get it by the following Friday to watch the British Open. I worked with Aaron who told me he would try to get it delivered early. Later that day he called back and said his manager would try to get it delivered early. Well, I was called on Tuesday to set up a delivery time. I didn't just get the TV by Friday, I was watching the TV on Thursday. Then I received another call to make sure everything was OK. Buy from this company! NOW!"

"I ordered a Toshiba 46HM84 TV. Originally, the delivery date to my home was July 14 but due to my travel schedule departing on July 14, I called TV Authority to change the date. Customer Support Representative James was very helpful and he change the delivery company (probably get the TV from another source as the 1st one is on the truck already) and the new TV arrived at my home on July 13 at 2:00PM. "I purchased a Samsung HLP6163 dlp tv. Cambryn Courson was outstanding all the way through the transaction. My tv was delivered into my home without so much as a scratch on the box. When I plugged the item in the tv only played in black and white. She immediately contacted Samsung and a tech came to my home. It turns out that I bent a prong on my cable while plugging in the tv. It was totally my fault but it was repaired...no questions asked. Out standing follow-up by Cambryn. I would strongly recomend this company to anyone. She has followed up no less than 6 times since our purchase. Pricing was excellent...almost $1000 less than Best Buy, and only slightly higher than the lowest on the internet (that store had a very negative rating). We ordered a Samsung HLP5663W television with a 4 year extended warranty for $500 less than what we could have gotten just the TV for locally. We were a little concerned with shipping such a large item halfway across the country, but Kirk assured us that any damages would be more than covered (and of course, there was no damage).
