"Getting ready to send back my third headset to TV Ears!!! It will cost me about $5.00 to send it back and then wait another week or 2 for the new one to arrive!!! The headsets are poorly designed and very easy to break. What a scam!!! It worked fine when I first made the purchase a couple of years ago, but it has been down hill ever since!!!"

"I purchased a dual unit and both head sets snapped after a few months. They replaced and both have snapped again and TV Ears say they are out of warranty and won't replace, but would sell me a new head set for $49.00 each. Very poorly made and very hard to get a person when you call with an issue. Will never buy again."

They replace it when I call, but it cost 5.00 to sent the broken ones back.So I just give up on them.They last about 2 months then the bow breaks . I would not buy them again."
