"I am updating my previous review of only one star. I was sent a defective product and it took over 3 weeks for them to respond to my countless emails and voicemails. I'm just happy that they made good and offered me the refund (over 1 month later) and that gained them a star. And although they tried to sweep this under the rug, in the end they did stand behind their product so that gains them another star. However, the reason I chose to buy from this vendor is because a prior reviewer indicated that if there are any problems, they will assist you quickly and efficiently. Although I won't be shopping here any longer, just take precautions when placing an order. "
