"I had bought two t-shirts.
One I had no problem with.
The other was a disaster... I wanted to wash both t-shirts before they were worn by my children. To safeguard the quality of the t-shirts, I washed them by hand with woolite and cold water.
With one of the t-shirts the water turned black. I thought maybe there was some excess dye and therefore rinsed it again. Again black water. I think I rinsed that t-shirt 15 times and I still got some residue of black. I realized then that the t-shirt was disintegrating. The t-shirt became see through. I tried to find a contact at the time and could not. Needless to say that t-shirt was never worn.

Very disappointed customer.

After my posting of the above.
I was very promptly contacted by tqualizer.com regarding the problem.
With no questions asked; they did not even ask to see the product; within a day they sent me out a replacement t-shirt.
I could not believe it.
I really did not think that I would get any feedback.
In this day and age when all the companies are concerned about is the selling aspect, the after sale care usually is neglected.
Not in this instance.
