"I placed an order. They called me to say that they had to verify the order. Given that it was a small one, I thought that was annoying as hell, but I verified that yes, all of my information was exactly as I had typed it into the order form. I waited about ten or so days. Shipping status wasn't updated, so I e-mailed them, and they said that they had canceled the order, as they couldn't verify it! Seriously, did they want blood sacrifices to carry out this order? What more did they need besides that call to verify the order? A dove sent from God saying that yes, the order was accurate? And why had they not notified me of cancellation? Here I am with no utensils, eating off plastic and wondering when my order will arrive only to find out WAY after the fact that it never will. I could have gotten my utensils from anyone else in that time and not be eating off plastic."
"I have searched all over for dolphin place card holders for my wedding. Many online sites show them in stock, but I was constantly refunded by the companies because they are being discontinued. I found tableandhome.com, and emailed them to see if they had 150 for me to buy. They responded in under 24 hours saying they have enough in stock. I ordered them immediately, and received my product within a week shipped to my home. This was such a pleasant online company to deal with, and made my wedding day that much more special!!! "As with others. Wish I had checked store feedback first. I "puchased" items and paid for 3 day shipping. The items never arrived. No shipping notification. When I emailed them they responded the items weren't in stock and they couldn't ship until they had them. False advertising as obviously I wanted the items quickly and if I had known they weren't in stock I wouldn't have paid the express shipping fee (3-rd day air but now it's over 2 weeks from my purchase date and still not a single item) and now I'm just hoping I will ever actually receive the items. I am contemplating filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau (as anyone that reviews here and was ripped off should). I think this store needs to be put in check or closed down if they cannot uphold common accepted business practices."

"I placed an order on 10/19 and received confirmation on 10/22 that the order had been accepted. It was a gift and when I had heard nothing by 11/10 I checked the status which indicated it had not yet been shipped. I contacted the seller and the next day received a call telling me they had lost track of my order and had now contacted the manufacturer and would be unable to fill the order since it was no longer being produced. I will not use this vendor again."
"Made order 9/16. Shipping status had not updated so I emailed them 10/5/10/ Response 10/6 replied that the items they received couldnt be shipped because they were broken. No communication. Thats a long time to hold an order without communicating it wasnt going to ship"
"Horrible shopping experience! I ordered a set of glassware on Dec. 25th that was listed as "in stock." It did not ship from the store until 1/12 (11 business days later). When I asked the service department why it took so long to ship they told me that it was not in stock when I ordered it.
My package of glassware did not arrive until 1/18 (16 business days after order date). All of the glassware in the package was broken upon arrival. There was NO wrapping of any kind inside the box (no newspaper, bubble-wrap, Styrofoam, etc.). They had just placed the glass directly into the box and shipped it.
It took 3 emails to their customer service department to get them to agree to refund my money. After they did agree to refund my money it took an additional 16 emails back and forth and I didn't receive my refund until 2/1.
Staff seemed to care less that this process took a month of my time. It seemed more like this is something they are used to dealing with regularly. There is no sense of urgency in their customer service department once so ever.
I would NOT recommend Tableandhome.com to anyone!"
"Poor excuse for an online retailer. Their website said they had the product in stock so I ordered it as a Christmas gift. Five days later I get an email saying that they don't actually have it in stock and won't have it until at least the middle of January. This would have been my first order with them... it's definitely my last attempt at ordering with them."

"I placed an order for some Riedel wine glasses. The price at Tableandhome.com was good, and the few reviews I could see were good. The item was supposed to be shipped immediately and arrive est. 6 days later.
Since then, I've gotten no update on the order (today is June 4) despite having left multiple phone messages (4 at this point) and having sent an e-mail. I am going to try one more time today, and if that doesn't work open a fraud complaint with my credit card company.
Net: very poor customer service or possibly a fraudulent enterprise."
"I had major issues with this company and ordering a simple set if ice cream spoons. First of all when I ordered it on November 20TH I had paid for 2 day shipping so it should have been at my home in a few days right? Wrong! I ended up waiting until December 2nd to call them to find out what is the issue with my order ( I waited so long because it was Thanksgiving that week and the shipment date was Dec 2nd) When I called no body answered the phone, I called 3 min after opening (which is posted on the site at 9am) No body was there. When I did get through to somebody at 10:30 they told me there was something wrong with the order and he had to call back. They never did. That happened 3 times that day. They do not respond back to e-mails, phone calls, nor messages left on voice mail. This is a poor company with bad customer service and poor work ethic. I would NEVER shop here again nor would I suggest it to anybody else. "
