"I can't say enough good things about my experience with Table Pad Factory. Pricing was straightforward, they responded quickly to questions, they send an easy-to-use template for marking the custom size of my table, there were many color and finish options, the table pads arrived in a couple of weeks, and both the fit and quality were outstanding. The look is very polished on both sides and the magnet system is easy and very effective. I would never have expected a completely custom product like this to be so well-made and affordable. My only complaint: The pads were packed really well for shipping and arrived in perfect shape, but I wish they had been wrapped in plastic, because the styrofoam packing material creates dust that clings to the felt. I had to use a dustbuster to vacuum all the little bits of styrofoam that clung to the pads. Overall though, highly recommended."
