She returned it, and is still trying to get the replacement shipped to us (4 months later!). The guy is a flake and keeps promising by email to send it...

"WOW I only wish I would have seen these 2 reviews before I clicked on the "buy it know" button for my 6 new shimano speedmaster to the tune of $600. The site clearly stated it could take 1 to 5 days to process the order and then 1 to 5 days to ship, so I started checking on the 11-11-11 by logging into my so called account and that gives no information at all, then I tried the e-mail, ****@**** and needless to say there was no response, so I started calling the 1-***-***-**** number and NOBODY ever answered the phone it simply goes to a mailbox that is full and cannot recieve anymore messages. I have read where other people have battled for months to resolve their issues, I am simply going through PayPal and get a refund and buy from a reputable site next time. I hope as many people read this as possible and stay away from these people, BAD BAD BAD business. If you are looking for some good honest people to work with try www.oifc.com A real business in Ocean Isle, matter of fact the yjust won the SKA nationals. I tried to save a little money and bit me in the ass, hopefully I can save at least 1 person the pain."
"I placed my order on Aug 19. Their site said 1-5 days processing, 5 days for shipping. On Aug 31, I sent a letter to their customer services telling them that I had not received it.. No Reply
On Sept 5, I emailed them again and got an apologetic reply saying that the order would be sent on Sept 8.I
I immediately sent a email saying that if the package could not be delivered by Friday, they should cancel the order since I would not be home after that for about 10 days and did not want the package sitting on the porch for 10 days.
AS usual, no reply!!"
"I will try to be objective and fair in this review. I will let you know what happened and you be the judge.
Before placing my order, I called ahead of time and made sure that the item was in stock, as it was time sensitive and I did not want to wait for bacorder. The person on the phone assured me, that he checked the system and the items were in stock. I placed my order and started patiently to wait.
Two weeks later I became suspicious as to where my order might be and decided to give them a call. A person on the phone assured me that the item was on the way, he had the tracking number and it shows that the item has left the store. He further agreed to look into it some more, find out where my order is and was going to call me back right away. Next day, obviously without getting a call back I call them again and lady picks up. After me explaining my situation her clever reply was "I don't know, I'm not the one who you spoke to" WTF? I get transfered to some other guy and he promises me to look into it and give me a call back.
Two weeks later (no call back) and a total of month of waiting after placing my order, I get a refund because "Item has been discontinued" WTF, poeple? I ask you, WTF? The order I called ahead of time to make sure was in stock, that was apparently shipped and had a tracking number was DISCONTINUED? can't deal with stupid people, these are obviously a stupid BF brady bunch... no business from me ever again.
