"I have had an account with TW for many years.
Recently I had a simple issue with the billing and, though I provided and explanation and a solution, their customer service team cancelled the order and said they couldn't "uncancel" it (yep that was the word they used!)
I was told if I still wanted to buy the items form the original ($600) order I had to re-enter each item again.
Really? Clearly they are not interested in my business. "
"tackle warehouse is the worst of worst place to buy items. If you have lots of money then buy. Customer service people are more worse. They send items were there is no guarantee to get delivered. Believe me don't buy any stuff on the site because they will take your money first then treat you like s*it. Worst place to shop"

I heard a lot of good things about this company and i had the worst experience. My experience was soo bad
It got me wondering about the type of people that work their.
I placed 2 orders i cancelled one of them.
(Problem1) They managed to withdraw money from my bank account for the cancelled order and not the order i actually wanted.
(Problem 2They tell me they will ship out the order i wanted yesterday but i call today and now they tell me its on back order and it wont ship till next week
( my advice) work on your online system to make sure tbe orders in stock state ( back order) to eliminate false postings and confusions.
Problem 3- the people on the phone need further training. One lady suggested i email the customer service. I emailed customer service, they called me back but i didnt answer. When i called them back they recommended i send another email about my orders?!?!?!?!
As you can see people their is a lot of unorganized business going on. From my understanding it might have something to do with the new people they hired??? I heard a lot of good things about this place but now i cancelled both of my orders and wouldn’t recommend this business that’s actually a circus. No bueno

"Found what I wanted made the purchase with upgraded shipping. Got an email saying they had to charge me an extra shipping charge because of multiple items or a fishing rod. This should have been included at the time of checkout and not in the "notes" or on the home page. I prefer a company that just tells me what it is and I can buy it then go on to buy more. "Tackle Warehouse used to be one of the best mail order Tackle Shops.
In the last year, they have dropped in my opinion.
They do not post product feedback in a timely manner(still waiting on a very positive product review I submitted in January 2019)
Their shipping is not as fast as it used to be and their customer service has gone down hill!
I will only shop there in the future when they have a sale!!"
