They were zero help with the matter and said it would be shipped that same day. It was never shipped that day or the next day. I emailed and didn't receive any help from customer service again. 5 days later the package shipped with a week until package would arrive to me. Their price was 34% LESS than the prices I saw pretty much everywhere else. PLUS they were had an extra 15% off everything for a few days!
Despite not being to able try 'em on before buying (breaking one of my own rules) AND the order page clearly stating "no returns were allowed," I nonetheless went ahead and ordered 'em. THEN I remembered ResellerRatings and read the reviews. Uh oh. What have I done.
